Refund policy

General

The vehicles are sold as confirmed and approved by the buyer without any representations, warranties, or conditions expressed or implied whatsoever. 
Vehicles are sold on an “as-is” basis.
Please be sure to confirm the vehicle’s current state and condition before concluding the sales contract. Please be aware that as a rule no refunds or discounts will be made after the sales contract is concluded.

Regarding payment

The total amount is to be paid within 14 days from the day the Buyer expresses an intent to purchase the vehicle and TK GT CARS USA LTD approves the sale. TK GT CARS USA LTD will not keep the vehicle on hold for longer than 14 days and will put it up for sale again if the total amount is not paid within the specified period.

 

Regarding complaints after the conclusion of the sales contract

Vehicle reports and details provided by TK GT CARS USA LTD are based on our own criteria for reference purpose only.
Any defect of the vehicle reported after the sales contract was concluded, as well as any issue stemming from a lack of confirmation of our vehicle report/vehicle details by the buyer, will not be accepted. Any claims in regard to the vehicle’s state or differences in the vehicle’s condition/appearance will not be accepted after the conclusion of the contract. No refunds will be issued after the contract is concluded.
